Etishree

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

“Welcome,

I always use a gentle approach to therapy creating a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental environment; this paves the way for individuals to explore their goals, values, and strengths, and identify barriers that are causing distress in life. I build connections through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens to help clients recognize their own resiliency and power.

I believe it is essential to normalize mental health needs and de-stigmatize people’s healing journeys.”
