Approach
I take a direct yet supportive approach to therapy, guiding clients through life’s challenges while actively working toward solutions. I believe in fostering a space that is both safe and structured, where clients can openly discuss their struggles, set meaningful goals, and implement practical coping strategies. Rather than simply providing a listening ear, Sasha engages clients in a dynamic process of self-exploration and problem-solving, helping them gain clarity and build resilience.
My approach is rooted in honesty and collaboration, ensuring that each session is a space for meaningful conversation and actionable steps. I encourages clients to confront difficult emotions and thoughts with support and guidance, helping them process their experiences while developing tools to move forward. By balancing warmth with a straightforward style, I empower clients to take charge of their personal growth and well-being.
