We do not offer a sliding scale. Here’s why:

We understand therapy can be costly and may offer payment plans. Please ask about this option.
Insurance:We are covered by most insurance plans. Some providers, such as Canada Life, Green Shield, and Manulife, may allow for direct billing. Confirm with your therapist and insurance company.
Length of Sessions:Standard 60-minute sessions include 50 minutes of therapy and 10 minutes for documentation. We also offer 45- and 90-minute sessions.
