Diana offer a unique perspective, shaped not only by her professional knowledge but also by her personal understanding of the lasting impact trauma can have. Having navigated the effects of trauma, she bring both empathy and a rich personal understanding of the challenges individuals face in their healing journey.
Diana has 13 years of experience in social services, specializing in trauma-informed therapy focusing on a wide range of experiences, including survivors of intimate partner violence, narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, and various forms of psychological harm. Her approach is grounded in a deep commitment to helping clients confront their trauma, reclaim their sense of self, and build a life of resilience and empowerment.

Jane is a Registered Social Worker located in Ontario; she graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) in 2009. Jane has over a decade of experience and has worked for several private mental health facilities throughout her career. Jane practices from an anti-oppressive framework and her diversity of experience comprise support for; individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities, women escaping domestic abuse, rape victims, and diagnosed and undiagnosed mental illnesses. Jane’s extensive experience and knowledge include non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Jane began her career developing and leading an Intervention Program for a private mental health clinic in Vaughan. Jane also piloted a support network for a non-profit organization in Toronto, which received funding later that year. In addition, Jane was responsible for operations at a women’s outreach centre in Kleinburg working with women and their children escaping domestic abuse.
Jane is licensed and counsels clients in 3 provinces; Ontario Alberta, and British Columbia – with the ambition to serve more provinces and more people across Canada through her virtual offerings. Jane is vetted by doctors, partners with Physiotherapists, and works with a variety of populations including University students, medical professionals, law professionals, ex-military personnel, first responders, business owners, and corporate professionals to name a few. Jane specializes in depression, anxiety, and PTSD/trauma and currently practices and provides therapy to adults, adolescents, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Hello!
I am Rose, I create a space for us to adapt a play based normalized approach for kids and teens to feel safe and in control when navigating life and creating coping strategies. This play based child led approach to therapy helps both the child and I can learn about one another and create a rapport that fosters communication, trust and builds resilience all while enjoying the many values of play.
I believe it is important to feel supported when engaging in communication about challenging life events, feelings, diagnosis and more. Using play, we can help normalize talking about our challenges and minimize any hierarchy throughout. In fostering meaningful connections and conversations, I help guide clients into building a coping plan that works for them using a multitude of communication strategies and more. We cultivate strategies to help us manage and work through difficult situations in a healthy and positive manner while validating that these experiences for some are challenging. This approach has a goal of providing autonomy and building resilience both withing and beyond session for personal growth and the holistic well-being of the clients.

Licences: Association of Child Life Professionals (ACLP), The College of Early Childhood Educators. Rose is a registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS).
Rose currently focuses on her work as a CCLS in a hospital setting within a pediatric hospital in Toronto. Formally Rose worked in child care, hospitals, community centres and facilitated lectures for adults in the field to learn about becoming an RECE, and becoming a CCLS. Rose’s time working with children in various settings cultivated her understanding of child development, coping and resiliency. Her on-going learning led her to working with children in trauma situations within and outside of the hospital.
Rose began to look deeper into the holistic care for children and their families. Additionally Rose focused a section of her studies on the way children learn and understand more complex concepts through film. This helped her better understand social context and its impacts on children and teens life and development. Rose uses various forms of child and teen led activities to get to know her clients to work towards coping at the pace of the individual. Rose’s goal is to create a safe space for individuals to express themselves and try various strategies to develop coping skills tailored to the individuals needs. She works with the client and their loved ones to better understand what their needs are and how she can guide and support them to building resilience, autonomy and a plan to empower them in the process.
Rose is passionate about working with children and teens of various ages, stages and developmental differences. Her passion is to foster a professional and therapeutic relationship that empowers the individual. Rose aims for a collaborative session where the clients feel heard, validated and gain a sense of control in understanding their experiences, to work towards an individualized plan for coping and overall development.

Sasha is a registered social worker providing virtual therapy to clients across Ontario, Manitoba, and New Brunswick. She earned her Master of Social Work from York University in 2015 and her Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2014. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sasha takes an evidence-based and client-centered approach to care.
Throughout her career, Sasha has worked in hospitals, home care, hospice care, schools, and non-profit agencies, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. Her time in hospitals provided her with a deep understanding of the connection between mental and physical health, allowing her to effectively support individuals coping with chronic illness, medical trauma, and major life transitions. She brings an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens to her practice, ensuring that clients feel heard, validated, and empowered in their healing process.
Sasha’s background in healthcare and mental health enables her to work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She specializes in treating anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, depression, PTSD, autism, ADHD, caregiver burnout, and substance use. She also supports individuals navigating school-related concerns, including academic challenges and bullying, as well as major life transitions involving finances, relationships, employment, and health. Additionally, she provides grief and loss counseling.
