A Safe Space for Your Teen to Be Heard

Adolescence is one of the most demanding periods in a person's life. Teens today are navigating academic pressure, social dynamics, identity development, and family stress, often without the tools or support to process what they are experiencing. At Jane Aure Psychotherapy Services, we offer teen therapy that gives young people a confidential, judgment-free space to talk, reflect, and build the skills they need to move forward.

Teen counselling sessions are available in person at our Mississauga office and virtually across Ontario and Alberta. Sessions are offered by Jane Aure, RSW, and Rose Bonello, RECE, CCLS, both of whom bring specialized experience working with adolescents.

Who We Work With

Teen therapy at Jane Aure Psychotherapy Services is available for young people ages 14 to 17. Our therapists work with teens navigating:

  • Anxiety, stress, and worry
  • Depression and low mood
  • Social difficulties and peer pressure
  • Academic challenges and burnout
  • Family conflict and communication issues
  • Identity and self-esteem concerns
  • Grief, loss, and major life changes
  • Trauma and difficult experiences

Sessions are tailored to each teen's personality, communication style, and goals. We never use a one-size-fits-all approach.
